With each request we record the IP address and approximate country it was sent from, to prevent abuse of the form.

We do not use tracking cookies. To measure visits in aggregate we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the form data for the sole purpose of responding to your request, arranging a demo and maintaining the business contact you initiated. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in handling your inquiry.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, or until you request its deletion.

We do not sell your data. It is only processed by the WYA Solutions teams involved in your request and the infrastructure providers that allow us to operate this site and communicate with you, subject to confidentiality obligations.
